Successful Bed Bug Trial

Following a 3-day trial, a Baltimore City jury returned a $40,000 verdict in favor of my client against her former landlord, Continental Realty Corporation, for personal injuries and property damage caused by bed bug infestation in her apartment at the Hunting Hills apartment community. The verdict was returned on October 11, 2011, and this is believed to be the first ever bed bug trial in Baltimore, MD.
