Are These Bed Bug Bites? Here’s How to Identify Them

I have no idea what is biting me. I went to the dermatologist and she said a spider, from what I am reading a spider does not have a distinct line like this?

I have in the past 4 months seen 2 bugs that look like maybe a flea, from all the pictures fleas, bed bugs, dust mites, all look pretty much the same,

I do not see evidence on my bed of anything, has anyone had bites like these? all the pictures I see on the web are so extreme.

Insect bites are an allergic reaction, with each person reacting in a unique way. If the bites are limited to one hand, we would guess that bed bugs are not the cause. This site is often helpful for researching spots on skin.
