We are not aware of any State programs that assist homeowners with the cost of bed bug treatment. In Arizona, there are laws which prohibit a landlord from renting a unit that has a bed bug infestation.

That said in Arizona we would suggest contacting the Arizona Department of Health Services at 602-364-3676.
