Is this a bed bug? i've been finding them in our bed room but we havent been bitten, yet?!

It's a little hard to tell from the image. Bed bugs usually aren't that narrow. We suggest showing the insect to an exterminator, someone at your local cooperative extension or send it in to the Cornell University Insect Lab for evaluation.
