Do Bed Bugs Have Hair on Their Body?

I have had a previous infestation and i think they are back for more.. i found one today and it has some long hairs attached to the end of there blood filled tube. is this a bed bug?

Bed bugs have very small hairs on their pronotum (upper part of the head) to help them move around. What you are describing sounds like carpet beetle larvae.
