Went to the Golden Nugget from Dec. 1st - Dec. 4th 2022. Got a rash when I got home, Couldn’t stand the itching and saw a Dr. on the 9th. He said I had bed bug bites at least 10, and was having an allergic reaction to them. Missed 3 days of work and had 3 Dr. visits. Golden Nugget has never called me back even after I have called them at least 2 times weekly. I get a recording saying that they will get back to me in the order my call was received.

I guess Vegas does costs more than expected.

Thank you for sharing. Unfortunately bed bugs can be a problem anywhere there are travelers. The best we can do is protect ourselves by doing a thorough room inspection. Always inspect hotel room mattresses and headboards for signs of insects and any stain. Leave luggage in zipped suitcases when not in use. Sorry to hear that the hotel did not even offer any help or an apology.
