Creepy nights

you know what up to now i do not know myself that whether i have allergy with or these are bed bug bites. I just see that during night i feel itchy and after itching i get red spots, and when
I look for bed bugs i am not able to find any of the bug. So, should i visit the doctor or what to do..I have a serious problem
